Assist Account Management team in the development and implementation of Medical Education programs.
• Provide administrative support to the account team in the proposal, budget, and presentation process.
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of all facets of programs including workplan development, logistics, and mailings.
•Conduct internet research re: association conferences, MD information, journals for enduring materials.
• Participate and take notes at start up meetings
• Maintain all project files and support materials
• Proficiency in Word, Excel PowerPoint and Access
• Oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work with multiple teams
• General administrative office skills
